Susan S. Gaston, President of the Gaston Group, has been involved in the political and legislative fields for most of her life. With her father having previously lobbied for the oil and gas industry at the federal level for nearly 15 years, Susan realized early on the connection between solid legislative relationships and legislative success. With over a decade of governmental affairs and lobbying experience before the General Assembly of Virginia, regulatory agencies and various local government bodies, she has created strong relationships and contacts with elected as well as appointed officials at the local, state and federal levels. A former staff member in the Washington, D. C. office of United States Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a degree in Government, Susan has worked on numerous political campaigns for members on both side of the political aisle. This experience combines to create a proven, effective and influential advocate for her clients and their interests.

John G. "Chip" Dicks, President of Future Law, was an elected member of the Virginia General Assembly for seven years and has since used his combined legislative and legal knowledge to work on behalf of clients at the local, state and federal levels. Since leaving elected office, Chip has represented associations and businesses on administrative, legislative and regulatory matters before state government agencies and the General Assembly.
